Have you ever tried to "Walk on Water?" Now is your chance to learn!

Try the newest and easiest paddle sport... ever! SUP has its roots in ancient Polynesia and looks exactly as it sounds: you stand up on a large, wide, super buoyant surfboard and use a long paddle.  Feel like you're walking in water! You can SUP anywhere in Costa Rica with Desafío Adventure Company. From the picturesque Lake Arenal to the gorgeous Pacific coasts of Playa Samara & Playa Carrillo! Get your exclusive, introductory SUP lessons from the only SUP outfitter in the Northern Zone.
