> Small Day or Camera Bag: Always try to travel light, for convenience as well as safety, and carry a minimum number of valuables.
> Shoes: Good hiking and/or athletic shoes.
> Raincoat or Poncho: Lightweight & compact.
> Umbrella: A compact umbrella for sun or rain.
> Hat(s): To protect you from both the sun and the rain.
> Flashlight: May come in handy for early morning tours.
Also bring extra batteries.
> Sunscreen: SPF 30 or more.
> Insect repellent: Deet or citronella oil works best.
> First aid: Basic first-aid kits will be available, however we
recommend you pack items tailored to your specific needs, for example pain relievers and sun overexposure lotion.
> Medications and/or vitamins: Keep them in original
bottles and bring extras just in case. |

| Suggested Camera Equipment
To enhance your photographic enjoyment we suggest the following:
> your longest telephoto lens so you can photograph wildlife
from a distance;
> a wide-angle lens for scenery;
-a macro lens for close-ups;
> a flash and a diffuser, if you have one, for early morning
rainforest shots;
> rain protection for your equipment (ziplock bags will
suffice);
> a small reflector;
> extra camera batteries and/or charger(s);
> extra memory cards or a laptop to download your
pictures. |
